    Highlights included:

    T2 Partners   Guy Gottfried
Tilson and Tongue presented their latest stock idea, AIG, which has returned from the brink of bankruptcy to become a leading global insurance company.   Gottfried recommended two below-the-radar small caps, whose obscurity gives you an "information edge" -- Holloway Lodging (TSX: HLR.un) and Trans World Entertainment (TWMC.)
    Aaron Edelheit   Bob Robotti
Aaron Edelheit discussed opportunities in distressed homes. Given the long-term demographic trends, it's no wonder Bill Ackman and Warren Buffett are also bullish on housing.   Robert Robotti discussed Enerflex, a world leading supplier of natural gas production and processing equipment.
Keith Trauner and Larry Pitkowsky   Thomas Russo
Keith Trauner and Larry Pitkowsky were buying insurance companies back in 1999 and are now doing it again with Alleghany (NYSE: Y) and White Mountains (NYSE: WTM).   Tom Russo discussed his investment strategy of buying brands around the world that are strong and stable and holding positions a very long time to take advantage of attributes compounding returns without taxation
David Nierenberg and Cara Jacobsen   Doug Kass
David Nierenberg and Cara Jacobsen discussed Superior Energy Services (SPN), an undervalued growth opportunity in domestic, offshore, and foreign oil services.   Though bonds have had outsized returns for nearly 4 decades, Doug Kass believes that shorting bonds might be the trade of the decade.
