                      IBM (NYSE: IBM) has been around for a long, long time. It has been on the leading edge of modern computing technology ever since such a thing existed. IBM invented the hard disk drive in 1956, which still exists in computers today. It also invent¬ed the magnetic strip on your credit cards, the barcodes on practically every product you buy these days, and the time clocks punched by workers all over the world. It’s an innovator.
