Position Your Company to Capitalize on the Distressed Industrial Real Estate Market
By Craig Haskell

With the opportunities for real estate value investors pervasive throughout the marketplace, what should real estate companies be doing to capitalize on the distressed market? What should companies be doing today to set themselves up for success?

Prior to forming Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Brennan co-founded First Industrial Realty Trust in 1994 where he helped build the company to over 85 million square feet before he left in 2008. Mr. Brennan has orchestrated more than $10 billion in industrial real estate transactions in the course of his 25 year career. Often sought as an industry expert on industrial real estate, Mr. Brennan has appeared on CNBC, CNNfn and Bloomberg Television.
