Boyar’s Micro Cap Focus was founded in 2010 due to the lack of coverage of the smallest companies on Wall Street which we believe has caused many micro cap names to sell at significant discounts to our estimates of their intrinsic value. Boyar’s Micro Cap Focus utilizes the same research methodology as our flagship publication Asset Analysis Focus, but focuses on companies with market capitalizations of $500 million or less. Due to the small floats of the names we feature, we limit our subscriber count to only 20 institutions.
